1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Next Landing Page, a sister concern of Next Restart Ltd. They govern your use of our website, admin panel, landing-page platform, and related services (the “Service”).
By signing up, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid phone number and email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
We may require phone OTP verification before an account is created. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Plans, trials, and limits
The Service is offered in packages such as Free Trial, Starter, Business, and Custom. Each plan includes usage limits (for example, landing pages, image storage, templates, and custom-domain support) described on our pricing pages.
A free trial, where offered, is for evaluation only and lasts for the stated period (typically 7 days). When a trial or paid period ends, we may restrict or deactivate the account until payment is received.
We may change plan features or prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the package you select. Fees are generally stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
If a payment is overdue, we may suspend access, disable published landing pages, or limit storage and order features until the account is brought current. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including product copy, images, customer lists, and landing-page designs. You grant us a limited license to host, display, back up, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to use all content you publish, including images, trademarks, and customer data, and that your landing pages comply with advertising, consumer-protection, and e-commerce rules applicable to your business.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law, including fraud, phishing, spam, or sale of illegal goods.
- Publish misleading claims, adult content that violates local law, hate, or violent material.
- Attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Interfere with other customers’ accounts or landing pages.
- Resell the Service without our written permission.
7. Our intellectual property
The platform, templates, component library, design system, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service during an active subscription, no license is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute our software or templates.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with payment providers, couriers, SMS, WhatsApp, Meta Pixel, Google tags, and similar tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by third parties you choose to connect.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and reasonably performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, hosting issues, or events outside our control may cause downtime.
Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during normal business hours unless a custom plan states otherwise.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that landing pages will achieve any particular sales, conversion, or advertising result. You are solely responsible for your products, pricing, customer service, and compliance with marketplace or advertising platform rules.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Next Landing Page and Next Restart Ltd. against claims arising from your content, your landing pages, your customers’ orders, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk to the platform, or if we discontinue the Service.
After termination, we may delete or restrict access to your content after a reasonable period. You should export any data you need before closing your account.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is material, we may also notify you by email or in the admin panel. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
